Bullying Information

Bullying is when a person is exposed, repeatedly and over time, to negative actions on the part of one or more person, and he or she has difficulty defending himself or herself. A bystander is someone who witnesses bullying but does not report it or stop it.

Never be bullied into silence.
Never allow yourself to be made a victim.
Accept no one's definition of your life; define yourself.
